What do you think of JNE Express service ?

however since i send over the document on 24th May, till today 28th May 2011, our end receiver have not receive the said documents. We are truly disappointed and thought of using another service in future. We commented on JNE.co.id website on our disappointment, it was never published that i believe they had us blocked and only good comment were directed to the testimonial. We send an email but there was never a reply.
