How can I get a boyfriend?

I feel so lonley, I just want a nice guy who will treat me right. I dont know very many guys but there is one boy at my church that is cute. Hes very shy though and so am I and hes a year older and homeschooled. The grades sit in different areas of the church so i cant sit with him. How can I approach him? How can I talk to guys?
