How do I get a visa for Jakarta/Bali Indonesia?

I am travelling to Jakarta and Bali, Indonesia. In the next couple of months. Spending three weeks there. I am a British national, do I need a visa and if so where do I get one? I'd ideally like to have it all organised before I arrive if that is at all possible. Thanks for any help, it is very much appreciated.
