Taking a bus to downtown Seattle?

I just got a job in downtown Seattle at 1st Ave. and Pine. I live in Burien on 152nd street. I want to take the bus to work but I am so confused! Seattle is new for me. I need a bus that runs on Saturday... any help would be greatly appreciated!
