Is my hamster sick? :( 10 POINTS~?

She sneezes CONSTANTLY! Especially when she is just waking up. Every now and then she will be quiet and won't sneeze. I know this is bad of me but we had to get pine bedding. CareFresh is very expensive and we don't have the money to keep paying for it 1 or 2 a month. I had some extra CareFresh so I mixed it in with the pine. She was sneezing before we bought the pine bedding, but she has gotton worse ever since we put it in her cage. She eats normally but doesn't drink very often, I catch her drink every now and then but not very often. We can't take her to the vet because it cost alot of money. But if it gets worse i'm willing to take her. She means the world to me. Is there anything I can do? 10 points!! Thanks!~ (:
