How to talk to a girl i have a crush on at work?

she works at a retail store with me. we have only said hi a couple of times and she smiles at me. i also saw her staring at me a couple of times. anyways im too nervous to approach because she is so beautiful. im 22 years old and i believe shes 20. its killing me that i dont have the courage to talk to her.
