How much alcohol can I take into Jakarta?

I'm visiting my mum who lives in Jakarta later in the month. Beer is very cheap over there, but wine and spirits are hard to come buy and very expensive. Can I take a bottle of vodka or gin into Jakarta from Adelaide, Australia? Are there limits to how much I can take? And if so, do I take it in my suitcase, or my carry on luggage?
