Should i bake cookies for this girl? Please help girls?

Its kind of a long story. Im a senior in high school. I should have graduated this year, i was too behind on credits. Anyway there was this girl who did graduate who ive known since middle school. I always had a feeling that this girl liked but i wasnt sure. I used to tell jokes in class and she would always smile at me in a flirty way. She is a great girl, sweet, beautiful, smart, kind, funny. And she would always say hi to me and try to make small talk. Now that im older i realize she was interested in me and i should have asked her out. And now i feel like its too late. And she has a boyfriend. I was thinking of baking her chochalate chip cookies and leaving them on her doorstep with a note saying something romantic and my number. Although that might be weird. Im not sure how to approach. I recently friended her on facebook and she has her phone number posted. So should i call her and what should i say, or should i bake the cookies. Pleas help me girls
