it depends on how the whole asian community looks at the life style that you want to leed . these days in other countries couples just leave and after an absence of a few years, they finally get divorced if they want to marry again . and I think you ll find thatthe laywer knowing your husbands back ground with money is just after that, money , just get on with your life and support your son, with a good future, your husband will eventually want to get married again then hell want a divorce, then you can renegotiate with him about the son in question when he wants some thing then you can have the bargaining tool . the divorce/ use it to your advantage , don't do any thing right now Just get on looking after you son if you can
