I,m feeling suicidal because of my ex ....please help?

I'm sorry that this won't help:( but I read all of that so I wanted to at least say I'm sorry for all of that extra stress you don't deserve it.. But It will all eventually pass do noooottt do anything like suicide. It will not help anything and I'm sure there are many people who love you and I just hate seeing that you have those thoughts even though I don't know you, again sorry I didn't help good luck! Remember it will pass, keep yourself surrounded by family and friends it'll help..
