How Should I Go About Approaching This Cute Girl In My Class?

So I just recently moved to a new city about two months ago and I just started at this new college this past week. I don't know anybody here(yet). I noticed this really pretty girl that sits in front of me in my Math class and I'm dying to talk to her. I have this mentality though that most of the time I hate talking to new people in college because I feel like I'm bothering them... I just feel like it's not the right place and right time to talk with people because I feel like everyone is there to take care of their business, study, get in and out, and what not. So what would be the best method of approaching this girl and getting to know her? Thanks!!!
