How do i approach a family member with a huge secret?

3 years ago when i was traveling i was held against my will and made to sleep with men for money, this went on for3 months till i got away and went to the police, ive never spoken about it to anyone but the police and i would like to open up about it to a family member! how would i go about starting this conversion off? thanks
